Welcome !.  The International Trade Finance Information Bulletin was established with you in mind.  It is intended for individuals and companies involved in international trade and international trade finance.  No matter if you are an exporter/importer, a banker or an academic this gathering point should be of interest to you.

For an effective use of this website, you are encouraged to setup your platform .

This website is structured along two broad lines:

- As a general source of information, providing links to many websites on the internet. To navigate through it either you follow the menu's which are always at the top of the page or you may go to the table of contents.  On each side of every page you will find quicklinks that will take you to other websites which provide up to date information.

- According to the needs that arise in international trade at each stage of the  Asset Conversion Cycle .  The defined stages of the Asset Conversion Cycle are: Buying, Holding Before Conversion, Converting,Holding After Conversion, Selling, Exporting & Importing.  In turn, each of these stages generates a particular (non-exclusive) set of risks and requirements for services.  To address them, at each stage you will find answers the Who ?, the What ?, the When ?, the Why ?, the Where ? and the How? (the 5W's and the H questions, in short)

We welcome your suggestions for improvements.
